Why the website?

At first it was just extra cash while I worked a job. Over time it grew enough to replace that job completely and give me more time and freedom with my young family. 

I've shown dozens of friends and strangers how to do it, and seeing it help them is why I wanted to build this website. HowToFlipStuff is simple, direct, and full of advice I wish I had when I started.
